Walk 10 minutes to Jannali Station (1km) to either go north for a city adventure (35-45mins on the train) or head south into Cronulla (20 mins on the train), or The Royal National Park to explore the beautiful area. The space has had a recent “glow up”, 🤩 and has transformed into a bright and vibrant open studio with: 🛏️ Living Room / Bedroom (one large room) cosy living area with a fold out couch, smart TV, coffee table, & a queen size bed with wardrobe & side tables. 🍳 Private seperate kitchen equipped with a stove top, oven, fridge, microwave & coffee machine so you can cook up delicious home cooked meals . 🫧 Private bathroom with shower Guest access Your studio is detached from the main house, making it self contained with a private entrance, bedroom / living room, kitchen / dining & bathroom. You are welcome to use our laundry, and enjoy our shared undercover outdoor dining space & backyard 🌳 As we are renovating our main house, there may be some times on the weekend where the undercover shared space may be used by us for painting/cutting wood 🪵 There is an abundance of street parking available Other things to note About Kat & Dan: We are a young, fun couple who moved to The Shire and have been renovating our dream home for the past 2 years.
