From 10:00 p.m., the music must be turned down, and at 11:00 p.m. it must be turned off completely. These properties are intended for rest, not for parties. A security deposit equivalent to the cost of one night's accommodation is required, which will be received in cash, in dollars or its equivalent in colones, on the day of entry. This deposit will be returned on the day of departure, as long as there are no inconveniences. Regarding excessive noise, a warning will be issued in the first instance. If there is a second warning, tenants will be asked to leave the property without refund. Other things to note We recommend renting a car during your stay. Although the house is close to the beach, the access path is steep, making walking up and down challenging. It’s easier to drive down, drop off people and beach gear, then park in the designated area. The taxi and Uber services are very unreliable. Please note that Punta Leona can be very crowded during Easter Week and New Year’s. To enjoy the white sand beach, try to arrive as early as possible.
