The kitchen comes equipped with a Fisher & Paykel dishwasher, 4- burner gas cooktop, an electric under bench oven, microwave, good sized fridge and a coffee maker with milk-frother. There’s a stylish round glass-topped dining table with 2 plush chairs, a comfy sofa and large screen smart TV. Stacker doors open up on to a balcony overlooking the street. The bedroom comes with a queen-sized bed and mirrored wardrobes, while the apartment’s bathroom has a roomy shower recess plus a European style laundry with separate washing machine and dryer for your convenience. Other things to note * Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. * Due to strict noise policies in strata buildings and Australian council by-laws, guests must avoid making loud noise, particularly between the hours of 10 pm – 8 am. Please understand that guests who break this rule may be evicted and financial penalties may also apply, depending on the circumstances. * An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site. * A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month.
