This apartment has a fantastic view over the mountains. Orchard Drive is a quiet residential area. The property has a walking trail through a field that leads to a private pond. We are minutes from Wilson Lake in Wilton and Kineowatha Park, a recreational center that offers swimming, walking trails, and tennis courts. We are close to restaurants and shopping in Wilton and Farmington and the UMF Campus, Titcomb Ski slope is just minutes over the hill from us. The space If you like the country you will like staying at 875 Orchard Drive. Easy access from Rts 2 & 4. Many sights to visit within a 50 mile radius. Mountains to climb, boating, swimming, golf and nearby tennis courts at Kineowatha Park in Wilton. Guest access This space is separate from the rest of the house. A private driveway and entrance into the apartment give you your own personal space. There is also a carport by your entrance to get you out of the weather. Other things to note We offer K-Cups, creamer, and a variety of breakfast items, as well as snacks and fruit for late arrivals.
