Cute & Cozy Casita

Our cozy casita is centrally located on a safe and quiet street in the historic Brook Village neighborhood. It’s 10 minutes or less by car to virtually anywhere in town, and Martin Plaza Park, Hamilton Park, and access to Wichita Falls extension cycling trail network are close by as well. The space Studio with kitchenette and full bathroom. Seperate, private entrance at the back. Guest access Access to foyer, guest space, and patio. Other things to note The bathroom is separated from the main space by a curtain and is very small. We had to work with a tiny space so the sink reflects this! There is no solid door. If you need a small load of laundry done, we can provide this service for an extra fee of $20. Please note that we have a small capacity LG combo unit and this can take up to 4 hours to complete a full cycle. We use unscented, natural detergent. Please request if you want to use standard, scented detergent and we will wash your clothes accordingly. Allergic peeps! We have three kitties that have access to the foyer and occasional/limited access to the casita when we are guest free. We have provided a HEPA air filter for your use. You may use the carport out back.
