The space Welcome to our charming cottage nestled in Millcreek! This cozy retreat features one bedroom and one bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to four guests with a pull-out bed in the couch. Enjoy the convenience of a full kitchen and dining area, perfect for preparing and enjoying meals together. Stay comfortable year-round with central AC and heating, and stay connected with complimentary WiFi and a ROKU for streaming movies and TV shows. Step outside to our outdoor bistro-lit patio. An unshared, full-size washer and dryer are also available for guest use inside the cottage Parking is a breeze with room for two cars on the property. We kindly request no parking on the street. Absolutely no smoking on property. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire cottage, as well as the front porch with seating, and the back patio with bistro lighting. There is space for two cars tucked behind the cottage. The yard directly in front of the cottage is also for guest use. Other things to note We hope to our cottage will meet your expectations, and so we want to be sure you know what to expect. Here are a few items we'd like you to be aware of. The nearby street can be fairly busy, and though the cottage is tucked away from the road, you will still hear passing cars. There is a second home on the property, which guests will have no access to, including the front and back yards.
