5 minutes from the Loire ferry connecting Basse-Indre and Indret / La Montagne and 5 minutes from the Nantes-Pornic 4-lane highway. Accommodation adjoining our house but totally independent (if we are not there, lockbox) Located on the Loire by bike, on a quiet street in the La Noë neighborhood, with enclosed garden between Nantes and the ocean. Perfect for couples or solo travelers (business trips...) Possibility to store bikes (under the responsibility of their owner) The space You enter through the main room of approximately 16 m2. There is a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and small living room with sofa and coffee table. The 9 m2 bedroom has a 140/190 double bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe. From the bedroom you can access the shower room. The toilets are separated. Everything is new since we just finished the work! Guest access You have access to the accommodation plus the small end of the garden with table and chairs in front. (access to the garden is shared with us but access to the house is independent) A key box allows for check-in or check-out even if we are not present. Other things to note In the welcome booklet in the accommodation, we also indicate some addresses or places to visit in the area on foot, by bike or by car and of course some addresses of restaurants or nice places to have a drink ☺️ Note for everyone's well-being... The accommodation is adjacent to ours, the walls are thick but for the tranquility, well-being and respect of all, please avoid any noise, unwanted noise, shouting or other, at any time of the day or night...
