The perfect place for a family or friends getaway. The home has just been recently renovated to provide you with a very comfortable escape. The home is located 28kms South of the Newcastle CBD in Swansea and is only 3kms from Caves Beach, 1 kms to Swansea and only 150m to the water at Black Neds Bay. It's time for you to relax and recharge in this stunning setting The space The home is styled with a cool contemporary coastal vibe and has 4 large bedrooms, a large open plan living and dining space, an enclosed outdoor dining space and a stunning outdoor fire pit area (firewood is not supplied), surrounded by freshly established gardens. Three bedrooms are equipped with comfortable queen beds and the fourth bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds. There are air conditioners in 3 of the four bedrooms as well as the main living/dining space, make sure you are very comfortable during your stay. Solar panels have been fitted to help minimise our carbon footprint. The kitchen has a cool vibe with everything you could need. Equipped with a dishwasher, oven and electric cooktop, stainless steel fridge. Crockery, cutlery, glassware, bakeware, utensils, oven trays, chopping boards, bottle openers, cheese boards, airfryer. Coffee machine with pods, teas, sugar and all cleaning products including vacuum, mop and bucket. A limited number of supplies are provided to get you started on your holiday with Coles just down the road if you run out. There is a carport for one car located at the rear of the property and plenty of parking in the quiet street. Other things to note: This property is located only 150m from the water at Black Neds Bay and 3kms from Caves Beach, and its pristine patrolled beach. Or you can explore the nearby Hams Beach, The Caves, Spoon Rocks Beach and Pinny Beach, and if you are adventurous, you can take a walk to Catherine Hills Bay along some of Australia's best coastline with the most beautiful rock pools. All linen is supplied except beach towels. Accommodation allows up to 8 people. Pinny Beach - Great for surfers. Swansea - Boutique shops, major supermarkets Coles, Woolworths, Dan Murphy's, a Skate Park, and a dive shop. Belmont - Local 18 hole golf course only 6kms away. Blacksmiths Beach - Walk from Blacksmiths to Redhead Nine Mile Beach, enjoy the walk to break-wall. Lake Macquarie airport - Helicopter, plane joy rides and Skydiving - 5 kms away. Lake Macquarie - Jet boat rides - see dolphins - go boating - fishing - snorkeling - kayaking. Historical Newcastle - Ocean Baths - Explore the tunnels of Historical Fort Scratchley - Art Gallery. Guest access You will have access to the main 4 bedroom house, including the enclosed outdoor entertaining area and firepit area off to the side. Key safe access. Other things to note The main house is situated on a property with one other small granny flat on it. The entrance is totally separate to the granny flat, which has it's own fenced backyard and outdoor patio.
