You will appreciate its comfortable wardrobe bed, its old Paris style with parquet, beams and exposed bricks, the well-kept building and the elevator to access it. My place is perfect for couples, solo and business travelers. It's not a hotel... I really live there! So I take great care of it, as you will, I'm sure. Located in a typical Parisian cobbled alley, the building is secured by a double digicode. All within walking distance of one of the most lively neighborhoods in the capital. An elevator takes you to the 2nd floor. You first enter a small private airlock: separate toilet on the left, then a glass door opens onto the living room. ✿ LIVING ROOM & SLEEPING AREA ✿ • Double foldaway bed: easy to fold to free up space during the day. (Please note that this is the only bed in the accommodation). • Clear and cozy atmosphere, ideal for a stay alone or as a couple. • View of a very quiet large inner courtyard — a real luxury in Paris. ✿ COMFORT ✿ • Long-wave heating (infrared, like the sun's rays🌞). • Nespresso machine, kettle, Wi-Fi. • Bose speaker with jack cable (compatible with all devices). • Fan. • Convenient & bright bathroom. • Large, modern and functional glass shower. • The bathroom also overlooks the courtyard and has a frosted glass window for privacy while letting light in. • Hairdryer. Note: the courtyard belongs to a boutique hotel that can organize occasional receptions (never after 11 p.m.). This is rare and always respectful of the neighborhood. ✿ A REAL HOME ✿ I live here on a daily basis, and I offer it for rent only when I go on weekends or on vacation.
