Beach apartment in Sotkamo

The property was completed in 2022 in Sotkamo's church village. Shops and restaurants, a library, a beach and hiking trails are within walking distance. Vuokatti is 7 km away, and it can also be reached by bus. In front of the house, there is a dock where you can swim or paddleboard. You can also go fishing. You can keep your bike safe at night and take trips in the beautiful scenery during the day. The space The apartment is 80m2: kitchen-living room space, two bedrooms, two toilets, sauna, utility room and a glazed balcony (24m2) across the entire apartment. Guest access We'll keep in touch through Airbnb messages. We can arrange arrival and departure times flexibly depending on the situation. I always come to welcome guests and show them the apartment and answer other questions about the area. Other things to note Both bedrooms have double beds, but if necessary, a separate bed can be placed in the other bedroom. Sheets and towels are ready at no extra cost, e.g. coffee and tea can be found. The apartment is non-smoking and unfortunately pets are not allowed.
