Indulge in fishing, swimming, or simply unwind in nature. Come for a weekend getaway or for an extended stay. Boats up to 20 feet can dock. Kayaks and SUPs available. This private ground level unit with 1 bed, 1 bath and a fully equipped kitchen is part of a duplex + private entrance. Discover serenity at our waterside haven! The space Main floor unit with a private entrance, featuring a spacious open-concept living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The large bathroom includes a stand-up shower. The bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed. Guest access Guests have full access to the water for swimming, kayaking, and stand-up paddling. You can bring your own boat up to 20 feet and dock it at our available dock. Alternatively, bring your canoe or Seadoos and enjoy launching from the private dock. Other things to note A short drive from our oasis, you will find many hiking trails including the following: • Perth Wildfire Reserve: A well-treed, loop trail to a lookout with a great view of the Tay Marsh. It is a 3km, easy route with lots of birds to see along the way. • Sylvan Trail at the Murphy’s Point Provincial Park: A 2.5 km loop that leads you through a mature, mixed forest community with a rugged landscape. Perth and Smith falls area have many grocery stores, pharmacies, Dollarama and a variety of restaurants and breweries.
