Enjoy a cozy little 1 bedroom unit within a multifamily home. The unit is all to yourself just minutes from University Ave, walking distance to Denny's, Jamba Juice, and Starbucks. Less than 15 min to Gaslamp (Downtown San Diego) and the San Diego zoo, North Park, the 805, 15, and other great places nearby. Please be aware that this unit is located in a very busy none residential area. That means it can be noisy here and there is a lot of foot traffic too. PLEASE READ ALL LISTING INFO BEFORE. The space This unit is located in a high traffic area. With that said, if you are not used to a busy area or a noisy high traffic area, I don't recommend this location. It makes it great for being close to so many of San Diego's attractions and still relaxing at the end of the day, but just if you are used to this type of area. Please note any damage to vehicles or personal property of the guest is not the responsibility of the homeowner. Please do not leave valuables outside or in the open. Make Sure to lock your vehicles and the units when you are not around. The owner is not responsible for lost stolen or damaged personal belongings. Guest access Parking Access: Because this is on a busy street and this is a shared parking, I recommend backing into your parking spot so it's easier to pull out. Please note it's best to head south on Fairmount to avoid making a UTurn on Fairmount or to take Polk Ave since it's on the corner and pulling up that way. This way, you are pulling up in a way that makes it easier to back into the lot. Pulling in front first is fine, too. It just maybe harder to back out for you when leaving, depending on how confident you are as a driver. There is guest parking for just 1 car. This space is with a locked security gate to ensure protection. This space is a 3 car parking lot that will be shared with another unit on the same property. You will NOT be sharing your living space as this is a separate unit within the rest of the building. The lockbox is the Unmarked box and is located on the gate when you first come in. There is also a shared washer and dryer at the back of the home outside if needed, especially for longer stays. Other things to note PLEASE READ. Keep in mind this is an older unit and had not been remodeled yet like my two other listings. The walls and cupboards need to paint and hardware are just redone in general and yhe windows are old and the shower is tiny. However all the furniture and bed are new and the kitchen items are in good condition if you can get past the old cupboards and some mild stains. Also there is AC in bedroom and living room and a portable heater:) Sleeping: For multiple guests, please be aware that this is a 1 bedroom with a queen bed, day bed single and a couch, so space is limited. I recommend this only being for 2 people, but if people want to sleep on the couch or day bed thats fine too. Kitchen: The fridge is not hooked up to water so there is no pre-made ice or water unfortunately. This unit does have a standard stove. There are pots and pans with cookware for you. There is a drying rack for dishes you can set on the sink for drying when needed. There are plates, bowls, glasses, and wine glasses, for you. It also has silverware, a can opener, a bottle opener, and chopsticks. This unit has a large fridge, so you have extra food storage for longer stays. It also has a microwave, a mini Krueger coffee maker, and complimentary coffee. Bathroom: The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup remover, lotion. Netflix is complimentary and has already been logged in for your convenience. Hygiene: Lastly, there is a HEPA filter that I leave on low after cleaning just for additional air cleaning before you arrive. If it's too noisy, feel free to turn it off. Otherwise, you can change the settings lower or higher if you want to leave it on. This is just an additional step in making sure the air has additional filtration in between stays.
