Sun & Views - Walk to Beach

A comfortable modern bach in the centre of Mangawhai Heads, built for sun and with a huge deck with sea views. 5 minute walk to the estuary/harbour for safe swimming, walking distance to cafes and shops, close to golf course. The amazing MAZ playground is just down the road. Fully fenced section with lots of grass for kids, plus a small adventure playground. Well equipped kitchen, lots of toys, jigsaws and books for kids plus small smart TV. Wireless speakers for music, Nespresso. BYO linen The space Large living area and generous bedrooms, master ensuite. A smart TV is stored away in the cupboard but available for guest use. Note linen is not provided - please bring your own (sheets, towels etc). Two bedrooms have queen size beds, one has a double bunk. There is also a spare single mattress plus a portacot. Guest access All of the house is available for guest use, apart from one locked cupboard. We do store clothes in the wardrobe but there's plenty of spare space. We keep the kitchen stocked with basics (tea bags, sugar, salt, cooking oil, tomato sauce) but bring your own coffee capsules to be sure. Other things to note Checkout times may be flexible depending on other bookings. Dogs may be considered, depending on the dog. Note there is a tenanted unit at the front of the property. This is well separated from the main house and will not affect your privacy when staying.
