🏡 Charming furnished and equipped studio of 20 m2, resulting from the renovation of a small stone outbuilding located next to our house. 🍃 It is located at the foot of the Revermont, in the first foothills of the Jura massif, at the entrance to a peaceful village, in a green environment. It is composed of a kitchenette, a sitting area equipped with a sofa bed, a small bedroom and a bathroom with toilet. The space This rental is perfect for accommodation as part of a business trip, internship, or simply for a tourist stopover in a bucolic village. ___ 🧹 Cleaning: We ask our guests to remove the sheets (except mattress and pillow covers), gather them together with the used bath towels, and leave the accommodation in good condition. ___ 🏠🌱🏠 It's an outbuilding, so our house is located next door. The studio is not an "isolated" place; the courtyard separates the two properties. We make sure to be as discreet as possible so that you feel at home. If we are present, there is a good chance that we will run into you, which would be a pleasure for us, but if you are looking for a "contactless" place to stay, ours will probably not be the most suitable 😉 🧑‍🧑‍🧒 This studio is perfect for 2 people, but it can accommodate 3 (a 140×190 cm bed + a 140×190 cm sofa bed). Bedding is provided, and mattresses and pillows all have mattress protectors. There is also a storage space in the room with 3 shelves, a wall-mounted coat rack, a few hangers, and a fan on sunny days. 🍽️ The kitchenette is equipped with a single sink, a small 72-liter refrigerator with a 5-liter freezer, a microwave, a Dolce Gusto pod coffee maker, a filter coffee maker, a toaster, an electric kettle, a saucepan, a frying pan, 2 portable induction hot plates, and kitchen essentials. This kitchenette is suitable for basic cooking. You will also find 2 dish towels, salt, pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar, as well as a box with coffee capsules, tea, herbal tea and sugar (for the start of your stay). The extendable dining table can also be used as a desk. There are 2 chairs + 2 folding chairs. Some consumables are provided so you can start your stay more easily: coffee capsules, tea, dishwashing liquid, sponge, garbage bag, toilet paper, paper towels, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, etc. 📺 The TV is an Android LED TV that works with Wi-Fi, using the Free operator's fiber network. The channels are accessible live via the TF1+, France TV, Arte and M6+ apps. 🚿 The bathroom is equipped with an 80×140 shower, a vanity unit with a sink, a heated towel rail, an 80-liter water heater, and a toilet. A shower mat and towels are provided, as well as 2 rolls of toilet paper for the start of your stay. The bathroom is separated from the bedroom by a sliding door. For tall people, please note that the doorways are not very high and not very wide. Small outdoor space in front of the studio, facing the pool access, where you will find a small table, a small parasol, and 2 chairs on sunny days. 💧The swimming pool (chlorine, unheated, 3m×6m) is located opposite the entrance to the studio, and access is via a small staircase. ℹ️ It is "shared" with us only, but if you like, you can have it to yourself during the following time slots: 2 hours in the morning (from 10 AM to 12 PM), and 2 hours in the afternoon (to be defined between 2 PM and 6 PM). Regarding these time slots, it's best to let us know about them in the morning by message. It is located between the studio and our house, and it is generally open from June 1 (for the less chilly 😁) to September 30 📢 2026 season: with the arrival of the nice weather, it has been accessible since April 25 (again, for those who are less sensitive to the cold 😁) 🚫 Swimming while clothed is NOT ALLOWED (burkini, etc.), and the accommodation is non-smoking (but an ashtray can be used outside). Either we will be there to welcome you and hand you the keys to the accommodation, or you will have access to a key box. Other things to note 🏘️ The studio is located 5 minutes' walk from the village center which is very close to the source of the Reyssouze. 👨‍🍳 There is a very nice restaurant in the village square of Journans "À la source". In the municipality of Tossiat, the neighboring village located 800 meters away, there is also a bakery, a pizzeria and a pharmacy. In Ceyzeriat (4.5 km), a supermarket (U Express) and other shops are very quickly accessible. 🛣️ The Bourg Sud highway entrance is 4 km away (A 40, exit 7), the center of Bourg-en-Bresse and the Royal Monastery of Brou are 15 minutes away and the center of Lyon is 55 minutes away.
