Tosa House with a large backyard

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful Tosa House with a large backyard. This is a down-to-Earth family home which gives you access to the main level of the entire house, large backyard to chill out. The house is in a calm residential neighborhood of Wauwatosa, yet all of Milwaukee and Waukesha counties is few minutes away due to convenient access to Bluemound road, I-94, and I-41. Enjoy visiting the Zoo, State Fair, MCW/Froedtert, football game or downtown. The space On the main floor, you'll enter a kitchen with sunny dine-in table, living room with a large window, bathroom, and two bedrooms (one with a king size bed and the another one with kid's size bunk beds). Basement has a carpeted area and separate room with washer and dryer, as well as restroom. Bedroom at the upper level is not accessible for guests. It can be used by the owner when the house is not rented. There are 5 steps total to enter the house from the side entrance. Guest access Feel free to use any part of the house on the main floor. In the basement, feel free to use the carpeted space or the washer and dryer. The areas I'd suggest to avoid are: - basement room with furnace, as it has potentially dangerous items (such as nails, tools, glue, fire extinguisher, ...), especially for a child. - garage (it is occupied). - upper level (locked by the owner, who is not present when this house is rented out). Other things to note Great place for people needing to stay close to Froedtert, Children's or MCW campus or Wauwatosa, State Fair or American Family Field, whether for leasure, business, or visiting family or friends. One limitation to know is the absence of a dishwasher.
