The space Terrace at the rear of the house, with table, 6 armchairs, parasol, 2 sun loungers, Weber charcoal barbecue, outdoor lounge. From this terrace you enter the house where you will find the bathroom with bath, washbasin on cupboard with 2 large drawers + cupboard. Opposite the bathroom is the WC. Then you enter the living room, which is bathed in light thanks to its many windows. The kitchen is fully equipped: microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, gas cooker with double electric oven, extractor fan. The living room has a 3-seater sofa and armchair. A terrace at the front of the house accessible via the bay window in the living room. 2 armchairs and a wooden reel. The house is set in 600m2 of unfenced land overlooking the dunes. You can easily park up to 4 cars. You can use the fresh parsley that grows in the grounds. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms under the rafters. !!! Only the largest bedroom has a dressing room. Baby kit available on request (cot, high chair, bath, changing mat). This accommodation is appreciated for its peaceful location and natural environment.
