Other things to note It should be noted, that this property is nestled right between Cayuga Lake, and Seneca Lake, surrounded by several wineries and breweries. Lake public access only five minutes away, which includes a boat launch. Explore the Fingerlakes area. Only 25 - 30 minute drive to Ithaca, Watkins, Glen, Geneva and Seneca Falls. Some local attractions include Watkins Glen International Race Track, Montezuma Wildlife Refuge, Taughannock Park Waterfalls, and Hector National Forest. This property is also a short drive to Cornell University and Ithaca College.
