Ground Floor Living Room A large open-plan, double-height living room with a big fireplace, comfortable seating and a traditional farmhouse dining table - and terrific views across open countryside. Kitchen A traditional rustic wooden fitted kitchen with a stable door opening to views of Cardigan Bay. With an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge, range cooker and all the necessary kitchen accoutrements. Bathroom A newly fitted shower room with WC and sink and large walk in shower First Floor Bedroom 1 King bed, on a mezzanine overlooking the living space, with curtains for privacy. Bedroom 2 - family room A superking zip and link bed that can be made up as a double or two singles. There is a third single bed in this room as well. Annex Bedroom 3 Opposite the back door is a bedroom annex with a king bed, a log burning stove and ensuite bathroom with a shower over the bath, WC and sink. It’s just a short drive from Nefyn with its links golf course and the renowned Ty Coch Inn on the beach. Take a day trip to explore Barsey Island with its amazing bird and sea life, or make a tour around Snowdonia to relish its staggeringly beautiful mountainscapes.
