Located in a strategic point of Fiumicino, just 6 minutes from the airport, ideal for those who have to travel early, located in a central area where you can find numerous restaurants, bars, pizzerias, and beaches. TRANSFER TO and FROM the AIRPORT AT THE CUSTOMER'S REQUEST The space LIVING AREA Consisting of a bright, cozy living room with a very comfortable sofa bed, a 50-inch ULTRA HD smart TV where you can safely share a pleasant movie with your person, a free Wi-Fi network where you can connect to make use of work. On the balcony you can see and enjoy the spectacular and suggestive sunsets!! BEDROOM AREA In the bedroom, you can find a double bed with a comfortable air conditioner inside, ideal for the summer months, while in the winter months, the heaters are used independently in each room to make a temperature more pleasant to your liking. There are additional blankets specifically in the walk-in closet, a hairdryer, and additional pillows. For each guest There is a set consisting of a large towel, face towel, and 100% cotton bath mat. BATHROOM AREA The bathroom includes a sink, bidet, shower box with products made available: SHAMPOO, SHOWER BATH and SANITIZER. KITCHEN AREA The kitchen has a gas stovetop, oven, refrigerator, freezer and a Lavazza coffee machine to enjoy a good coffee with pods made available, a kettle and tea and herbal tea filters to your liking and a set of utensils made available for cooking. The apartment is very easy to reach from the airport in just 6 minutes, located in a central and strategic area of Fiumicino located in a quiet area. You can request a shuttle to/from the airport to get to the apartment or to ROME FAIR or to visit the Colosseum. Guest access PLEASE NOTE! Check-in is performed at the property with the release of documents by customers. Tourist tax required by the municipality of FIUMICINO to be left on site €5.00 per day per person, please keep cash, thanks for your cooperation. The customer is reminded to respect the Ceck from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Different check-in times from 11:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. will incur a small supplement to be paid on site of €10, from 12:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. it will be €15.
