The space My apartment - The Loft is located inside the Imago Shopping Mall. It is the most popular shopping mall in Kota Kinabalu and a haven for visitors and tourists. It is also a gateway to all the other tourist spots. This is a 3 room 3 bath apartment. It is a spacious and luxurious well equipped with amenities. It is located on the 2nd floor beside the popular Upperstar Restaurant. The apartment is accessible with smart access cards for the lifts and entrance door. Moving in and out of the apartment is easy and convenient. Master Bedroom One King-size double bed with ensuite bathroom. A hair dryer and a medium size safe is also provided. Bedroom 2 Two super single-size beds with attached bathroom. Bedroom 3 One Queen-size double bed. Bathroom One more bathroom outside the 3 rooms. Toiletries/Appliances Each room is provided with 2 bah towels. Request for extra towels can be provided on request for longer stay. There are also ample electrical points for charging your phones and appliances. Kitchen We have a utility and practical kitchen. Items provided are: Microwave oven, electric cooker/hob, kettle, rice cooker, cutlery, cutting board, knife, scissors, bowls, plates, drinking glasses, coffee mugs etc. Iron/Ironing Board An iron and an ironing board are also provided. Security The apartment is provided with 24 hours security and CCTV surveillance. Entry is by smart access cards only. Wi-fi We provide unlimited Wi-fi connection up to 30 mbps. There is also a 49" Samsung Smart TV and a wireless keyboard provided. You can surf the internet, watch Internet TV, YouTube, web-browsing etc. Guest access The apartment is located inside the Mall. Moving about from your apartment to the Mall is by access cards. It is very convenient to walk about as the Mall is big and spacious. There are plenty of shops and branded stores to visit in the Mall. Restaurants and food stalls are easily accessible as well. There is a MBO cinema inside the Mall where you can watch the latest movies. There is also a big supermarket where you can buy your favourite food and grocery. There are also two 24 hours convenient stores located inside the Mall. Other things to note 1. Every unit is provided with 2 lift and 2 entrance door smart access cards. Car park access card can provided on request. 2. Check-in time is 2.00pm and check-out time is 12.00pm. Request for check-in early or check-out late can be considered if the unit is not occupied for the day. 3. Partying, smoking and unnecessary loud noises are prohibited as we are staying in a close community. 4. Please keep unit clean for the next guest. Switch off all lights and appliances when not in use. 5. Arrival time needs to be informed early before your arrive to check in so proper receive of guests can be arranged. 6. Airport transfer can be provided on request subject to availability. A fee of RM50/- will be charged per transfer up to 4 persons per vehicle. Midnight transfers will be charged Rm100.
