The space This bright 50 m² studio offers a comfortable open-plan layout designed for easy living. The space includes a cosy king-size bed and a sofa bed, allowing up to 4 guests to stay comfortably, ideal for couples, small families, or friends. It features a fully equipped kitchen suitable for short or long stays, and 2 bathrooms for added convenience. Large windows provide natural light, while air conditioning and ceiling fans ensure comfort year-round. The apartment also includes private parking and is located in a calm residential building, offering a peaceful stay. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire apartment and all its amenities. You are welcome to use the kitchen, appliances, coffee, tea, toiletries, shampoo, and the provided washing machine detergent. Everything available in the apartment is intended for your comfort and convenience during your stay. Please note that one cabinet located behind the main entrance on the right side is locked and not accessible to guests. This area is reserved for housekeeping and contains extra supplies such as towels, tissues, bed linens, and cleaning materials for future arrivals. The small storage spaces above the bathrooms are also private and not for guest use. The apartment includes decorative items and candles; we kindly ask guests to keep all decorations in their place and not move or use them. Lighting the candles is not permitted, as it may trigger the fire alarm and poses a safety risk. Other things to note For security purposes, there is a camera located at the building’s main entrance outside the apartment. This camera monitors the entry area only.
