The space This exceptionally spacious, bright and beautifully furnished two bedroomed apartment is located on a quiet street overlooking the Polo Field, but just 2 blocks off the trendy Baez Street, in the heart of Las Cañitas neighborhood, with its village atmosphere and great variety of shops, services, pubs, restaurants, bars and bustling nightlife. The place features plenty of closets, full-size mirror, European plug sockets and designer details which make it both stylish and very comfortable. The apartment has 2 levels, loft-style. The first level is an open plan with a sitting area, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, plus a guests WC and a charming balcony. On the upper level there is a huge bedroom with a queen size bed plus a designer sofabed; a second bedroom with a single bed, and a full bathroom. Equipment includes cable TV, WiFi internet, gas heating, AC in bedroom, fridge, microwave, induction burners, coffee-maker, toaster, hair-dryer, kitchenware, silverware, bed-linen and towels and weekly maid-service.
