We are a cozy, renovated 1950's home featuring a private 1 bed/1 bath guest suite with backyard garden. Owner lives next door (shared wall). Nestled in the Montavilla neighborhood, we are close to local coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and more. Please note that the neighboring property is currently under construction, which may result in occasional noise and visible work, and has impacted our garden area, which is being redone and may not appear exactly as pictured. Guest access Guests will access the home through the front entrance via Smart Lock. A six digit code will be shared with the guest 48 hours prior to check-in; the code will become active at 3:00 pm on the day of check-in and deactivate at 11:00 am on the day of checkout. This allows our guest to have a self-guided check-in at any point after 3:00 pm on the day of their arrival. The hosts will be available remotely for any needs during check-in.
