One bedroom is carpeted with a double bed. The other bedroom has hardwood floors with one queen bed. Full bathroom. Laundry facilities located in basement and shared with second floor tenants. Driveway and garage shared with second floor guests. Please note that for any guests who book a stay between 30-59 days there will be a built-in $300 monthly utility cap on water, sewer, trash, electric, and gas. "We rented this unit for a few months while our house in Cleveland was being built. The place was charming, very clean, centrally located, and had everything you would need. Lindsey said if there was anything she could do for us or if something was not working right, please do not hesitate to call. We did make a few requests and with in 24 hours Lindsey had followed through on what we asked. Her response time was unbelievably quick. We would not hesitate to recommend Reilly Properties or stay at one of their properties again. Our experience could not have been better. There is a 3 car detached garage to share between first and second floor tenants. Plenty of driveway space too. You can park on the street during the day and early evening, but cars must be in the driveway overnight. IMPORTANT =>>> This is an older house located in a wooded area of Cleveland Heights. It's common to see deer, chipmunks, squirrels, and small mice around the neighborhood. Rest assured we do a very thorough cleaning before each guest arrives and take all precautions to ensure that pests do not enter the house. In the RARE EVENT that you happen to see a mouse inside the house, PLEASE ALERT LINDSEY RIGHT AWAY AND WE WILL TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM. Laundry facilities are located in the basement - guests must be comfortable using stairs. Street parking is free during the day until 10:00 p.m. Please move your car into the driveway or garage to avoid getting a ticket! NO MORE THAN 4 CARS ALLOWED IN THIS HOUSE! A few notes about the house... 1. Unless there is more than 3 to 4 inches of snow accumulated in ONE DAY, we do not provide snow removal. We do though provide tenants with snow shovels to use incase of snow during your stay. If there is more than a few inches of snow, our crew will be there by their earliest convenience to remove the snow from your driveway and other entryways. We strongly recommend guests to check the weather forecast ahead of time prior to your arrival in case a few inches of snow are set to be in Cleveland. 2. We take care of lawn maintenance during the spring, summer and fall. Extra blankets provided, but no extra pillows at this time. 3. Pets are welcome. Number of pets is negotiable. CLEANING FEE IS NEGOTIABLE and is based on number of occupants, length of stay, and number of pets. AC units are provided during the summer season.
