House is on 2.5 levels with main living area, kitchen and master bedroom on top level. Two bedrooms and one bathroom on each of the other levels - entry level and mid-level. One crib and one trundle bed for kids. Entry level also has family room with fireplace, TV, laundry room and access to backyard. Mid-level also has sitting area, TV, futon and gym equipment. Beach chairs, umbrellas and toys and 6 adult bikes and 4 small kid bikes. Sleds for winter. Eliiptical trainer and free weights in workout room. 4 TV’s. Hot tub in fenced backyard. 2-car garage and parking for 2-3 cars in driveway plus street parking. Guest access No limitations on space available to use. One cabinet in kitchen restricted for owner's food storage use. One closet under stairs reserved for owner’s use. Front door accessed by electronic keypad. Full instructions for house use and function will be sent via Dropbox link once reservation is confirmed. Other things to note Two-car garage, but best to fit one car in garage. Parking in driveway for 2-3 cars. Street parking in front of house in non-winter months for 2 cars. Driveway to house is sloped as house sits above the street level. Walk down driveway or adjacent stairs to access street. Four TV's in house, all connected to Directv. Great room and gym TV have streaming apps. High speed WiFi.
