We offer a gîte for rent on the island of Groix, opposite Lorient (45-minute crossing). Quiet, completely renovated and surrounded by a 1000 m² enclosed garden, it is located at the exit of the village of Locmaria (350 m from the beach of Locmaria and 15 minutes walk from the famous beach of Grands-Sables). You'll have a part of the garden just for you. The part we rent is adjoining the rest of the house (little presence during rentals). It can accommodate up to 6 people (+ 2 babies) as it includes a 35 m² living room-kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with small bathtub/shower), separate toilet and a laundry room. Linens are provided (sheets, small towels). IMPORTANT: CLEANING IS TO BE DONE BY THE TENANT AT THE END OF THE STAY. During school holidays, we prefer weekly rentals. In terms of sleeping arrangements, you will find, - a well-insulated bedroom upstairs with a double bed (140 x 200); - one bedroom on the ground floor with two bunk beds (80 x 190); - above this room and accessible by a miller's ladder, a bedroom under the roofs with a double bed (140 x 200). - a crib and a travel cot are available. Here are the amenities we provide: - wood-burning stove - Wi-Fi; - an oven, a 4-burner induction hob, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a Nespresso coffee machine and a toaster; - a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner; - baby equipment (crib + travel cot, stroller, high chair, potty, games); - trampoline upon request; - barbecue, garden furniture, parasol, sun loungers. Bike/scooter/car rental at the port (remember to book in advance). Bus shuttle from the Port to Locmaria. Allow 25 minutes to walk to the port.
