The space BEDROOM: The main bedroom has a king-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. The study room, complete with a sofa bed for additional guests. It also has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The bathroom has a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - microwave - oven - crockery and cutlery - dishwasher We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. PARKING: The garage has space for two cars. Guest access Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge. Other things to note If you plan to use the fold-out bed during your stay, please let us know in advance so we can prepare it for you, which will incur a fee of $55. This fee will need to be settled before we can confirm that the fold-out bed is ready for your use. Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages. Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.
