Fully renovated Townhouse in the Dolomites

Kick back and relax in this modern designer holiday home, in the Heart of the Dolomites. The townhouse is fully renovated, facing south to the main piazza of Prade, and north to the private garden and courtyard. “Casa Diletta” is a 3 bedroom duplex on the top two floors and; “Casa Daria” is a 1+1 bedroom on the first floor with annex garage and a back door to the common garden area. The two units are independent but can be enjoyed “as a whole” by a larger group. CIN : IT022038B4WIKUGY8S The space “Casa Diletta” is where my nonna (grandma) lived and where I spent most of my childhood summers. To me, it is a place filled with joy and good karma. Enter directly through the external staircase into a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, that overlooks the private garden and the courtyard. On this floor you have 1 king-size bedroom and 1 single-size bedroom (a perfect studio if you want to work) that face the main piazza and the mountains, and then 1 bathroom. From here a beautiful wooden staircase leads you to the upper level, where you have a living area filled with lights and breathtaking views of the mountains, and another king-size bedroom and bathroom. We like to sleep on the top floor while the kids stay on the first level of the house. Guest access My dad Fiore will meet you and show you around the house. Other things to note The Village: > Prade is a cute mountain village at about 1,000 meters above the sea level, immersed in the nature and in many ways stuck in time. And that’s what we love about it. Within walking distance or a short drive, you can start beautiful tracking ways and e-bikes paths, sunbath by the Vanoi River, pick wild mushrooms or blueberries depending on the season, and much more; > There is a grocery that opens every morning from 8am to 12pm except Thursdays and Sundays (but all days in August) and there is a little bar / cafeteria. Every Saturday morning there is a fresh market for veggies and fruits, but if you make friends with our neighbour you may get seasonal veggies for free ;-) > if you have kids, there is a little playground, and if you are sporty, there is a tennis court; The Vanoi and Primiero Valley: > Pick up from the Tourist office in Canal San Bovo the weekly activity program. You will be amazed by how much there is to do and how conveniently priced. > You are 10 min drive from the enchanted “Lago di Calaita” one of my favorite places in the world (and I’ve travelled to 90+ countries!) > You are 15 min drive from the center of Fiera di Primiero, where you have shopping, restaurants, hotels, a public pool, a top-rated spa, and more. We love to go there, but we love to come back to our comfortable and quiet place; > You are 30 min drive from San Martino and the lifts that take you skying on Monte Tognola and Passo Rolle.
