Third story apartment with large deck and million dollar views. See and hear tropical wildlife including parrots, toucans, howler monkeys, river turtles and iguanas. Go kayaking right off of the property, have a barbecue, and enjoy life. There's a queen bed and futon, plus a mini kitchen, bathroom with shower, AC, TV, and private entrance. Onsite parking is free, Tour operators know us and will pick you up onsite. The space Third story apartment, so be prepared to walk up stairs, but the views are well worth it. You have all of the basic amenities and comforts, including a shared washing machine and clothesline. There's a queen bed and futon with sheets, pillows, blankets and towels provided. The private bathroom has a shower with great views of the river. Soaps and towels are provided. In the kitchen you have a refrigerator, stove, kitchen table, pots and pans, dishes, microwave, and blender. If you want to make something special but are lacking a kitchen gadget, let us know and maybe we'll have one. Guest access You have the upstairs apartment and deck to yourselves, but share the outside parking, lawn, kayaks, and laundry area.
