Our newly renovated getaway sits on 5 peaceful acres tucked along the Seneca Lake Wine Trail—just 12 minutes from Watkins Glen and 25 from Geneva. Surrounded by nature with a partial lake view, it’s a quiet, comfortable place to unwind between Finger Lakes adventures. Whether you're exploring local wineries or relaxing on the deck with a glass of wine, we hope you feel at home. This is our personal space, and we kindly ask that guests treat it with care. Set on 5 wooded acres with a partial lake view, our home offers privacy and comfort just minutes from top wineries and local attractions. The house features three bedrooms: a spacious primary suite with a king bed and ensuite bath, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third with two full beds. A second full bathroom is also available for guests. Outside, enjoy morning coffee or evening wine on the front deck with glimpses of Seneca Lake. In the backyard, gather around the fire pit in Adirondack chairs—firewood is on us. We’ve stocked the home with lawn games like cornhole and giant Jenga, plus plenty of board games for cozy nights in. For those who love to cook, we provide a propane grill and a fully stocked kitchen. Coffee lovers can enjoy a full pot’s worth of Seneca Sunrise coffee or choose from a variety of Keurig pods to start the day right. We also supply essentials including Public Goods shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Our location offers easy access to everything: just 12 minutes to Watkins Glen, 24 minutes to the International Raceway, and only 2 minutes from Hermann J. Wiemer and other renowned wineries. Whether you're here to explore or unwind, our home is the perfect Finger Lakes base. Other things to note -Our 5-acre property is mostly wooded, and we do not use pesticides—so you may encounter the occasional insect inside the home. -We use well water with a whole-house filtration system, plus reverse osmosis filtered water in the kitchen. -The home operates on a septic system—please flush only toilet paper. -No microwave is provided, but we do have a toaster oven/air fryer combo for reheating. -This is our personal vacation home, shared with our pets. If you have severe allergies, this may not be the best fit.
