Our fully furnished 1Bedroom apartment is newly renovated, bright, modern & spacious with a touch of the tropics. A comfortable accommodation for someone traveling alone to a family of four! It’s an easy access to the calm part of white beach within a 1min walk so you can easily enjoy, swim in blue waters & have amazing sunset views. The space A newly renovated bright and spacious apartment (50sqm + balcony approx 10sqm) that's fully furnished with a 1 bedroom, conveniently located within 1 minute walk to the white beach. The space is fully air conditioned, comes with a complete kitchen equipped with a microwave, fridge and basic utensils needed for simple cooking. The living room has a functional daybed that converts to a single bed or 1 queen size bed combined together. Netflix, You Tube & Chrome casting is also possible in the TV for your entertainment. Our bathroom includes hot & cold shower, towels, bath essentials. Outside is a balcony where you can lounge and have a cup of coffee or breakfast together with friends or family. Guest access You have the entire space of the Always Summer Apartment to yourself. -1 Firm Queen-sized bed in the bedroom - 1 day bed or 2 single beds or 1 queen sized floor bed in the living room -43in. We have good Wifi available to compensate for it. - It is in a beach front apartment complex, so we would like our guests to keep that in mind and that there are also visitors in other units. - the building is not constructed with the same kind of sound isolation you might find in hotels, so there will be moments that external sounds may be more noticeable. This is something that comes with being in a more residential-style space, and we try our best to manage expectations while still offering an authentic and homey stay. - the island can have black outs, the building has generator to compensate for it. -IMPORTANT: Extra guest that is NOT included in the original booking will be charged Php 850/guest/night. -Housekeeping may be available during your stay for a fee of Php 1300 per request that includes change of bed linens and towels. This needs to be informed in advance ☺️ -Request for additional or change of towels during your stay is Php 100/towel & Php 250 bed linen set
