Other things to note Please note that the home's water is sourced from the property well which is safe to drink but occasionally has a sulfur odor. Also during summer and fall months, fruit from the trees are harvested and sold at local farmers' markets. This means there may occasionally be workers picking fruit from the upper orchard during your stay. They generally pick fruit 1-2 days a week during peak harvest times (August through October) and will only be in the orchard during regular daytime hours.
