Le Clos du Bec (classified cottage), a haven of peace in the heart of Normandy nature lulled by the noise of the stream , just 2kms from the center of Bec Hellouin (one of the most beautiful villages in France) and its historic Abbey. Our cottage offers a spacious hideaway that can accommodate up to 12 people. Enjoy the spa, fiber connection and multiple activities (indoor and outdoor). An ideal getaway, in any season for a moment with friends and family. The space The mill can accommodate up to 12 people in an idyllic setting, both by the stream that borders the property and its tree-lined garden and by the treasures that hide there, such as a spring, a footbridge with a sluice, an old wash house... Access to the mill can be done either through the main entrance via the gate, or through the walkway to the left of the mill. The garden level includes the entrance hall with the laundry room, a shower room, the dining room where there is a game of darts, a toilet, the very well equipped kitchen with a door to the paved terrace, a cozy living room with TV and its French door giving direct access to the garden. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms including one with a balcony to enjoy the noise of the water (one bedroom with a double bed 180 x 200, one bedroom with 2 single beds 90 x 200 and a dorm room composed of 4 single beds 90 x 200). There is also a shower room with toilet on this floor as well. On the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed 180 x 200 and one with 2 single beds 90 x 200) and another shower room with toilet is present on this floor. We have chosen to let you enjoy a completely new, high-end bedding that can be found in all the bedrooms. On the third floor is an attic that is not accessible for guests. ***For families*** The gite is a children's paradise! Outside, they can delight themselves in the huge garden, play giant mikados, play tennis games, practice molky... As for the grown-ups, they can practice ping pong, volleyball, or badminton... The whole family will be able to recharge their batteries by enjoying the sunbeds, the garden tables. A barbecue is available for your use as well as a plancha.
