Small- to medium-sized dogs are allowed, but they are not permitted to stay on the beds or the sofa, and it is strictly forbidden to wash them inside the apartment. A fire extinguisher and carbon monoxide detectors are provided for the safety of our guests. Guest access Guests can use the entire property except for the laundry room, which is equipped with a heated towel rail, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, and a closet, available only to the host and guests who stay for more than 5 days. Guests must comply with the house rules imposed by the host and municipal regulations, as well as respect for the neighbors present. It is not possible to bring bicycles or any other type of vehicle into the apartment. Only medium-small dogs are allowed in the accommodation, with the absolute prohibition for the latter to stay on beds and sofa, as well as the absolute prohibition of their washing in the accommodation. Furthermore, it is absolutely forbidden to wash clothes in the apartment if the laundry room is not available to the guest, nor to hang them inside the apartment. The use of air conditioners is only possible in the summer period, when high temperatures are compatible. Rational and sustainable use of energy is required, avoiding leaving lights and/or devices on during the stay, and windows open when guests are outside the accommodation. Any damage to the apartment and any of its furniture and/or accessories will be charged to the customer, who has the duty to promptly notify the owner. Compliance with all the house rules, as well as with all municipal, regional, and national regulations regarding the proper separate disposal of waste, the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the items/accessories made available to guests, and the care of the furniture present and the overall excellent condition in which the accommodation is provided.
