On the terrace of the house, you can enjoy your morning coffee while the children play in the magnificent backyard, make toy discoveries in the playhouse, or jump on the safe ground trampoline. You have access to an outdoor hot tub at no extra charge, which is directly accessible from the shower and sauna area. The yard can accommodate four cars and there is free parking on the street. Please note that this is our home, where our dog also lives when we are at home. The space You can easily reach this place thanks to good transport connections. The property is close to Lahdentie, and Tuusulanväylä is easily accessible. In addition, the property is close to Sipoonkorva National Park, Kuusijärvi outdoor and beach area, Koiramäki willow stable, Talma activity park and numerous other attractions. There are many shopping opportunities, such as Jumbo, Helsinki outlet, Ikea and flea markets. The nearest grocery stores are within walking distance: K-Supermarket Nikinmäki (1.2 km) and Lidl (1.3 km). In addition, both Helsinki and Porvoo are a short drive away. You can also get to Helsinki by bus (nearest stop 300m) or train (Korso train station 3km). Air heat pumps keep the house cool on hot days, both on the middle floor and upstairs. The ground floor is always nice and cool. In the front yard of the house you can enjoy the lawn, flowers, coniferous and deciduous trees and the possible bounty of berry bushes. The backyard of the house is completely fenced, and a large part of it is designed as a children's play with an artificial turf base, which is shaded by numerous apple trees. The backyard has a large Fatboy hammock, a yard swing, a safe ground trampoline, gymnastics rings, and lots of children's outdoor toys. In the backyard, children are also entertained by a large playhouse converted from a gazebo, where even a larger group of children or adults can play well. The backyard of the house has a newly renovated gorgeous large terrace, on the glazed side of which you can grill and dine in any weather (heaters also help on cool summer evenings). The terrace also always has an outdoor hot tub ready. In addition, there is a fireplace in the backyard, where you can, for example, brew coffee and fry pancakes and sausages. One of the rooms is used as a playroom and there are plenty of toys available for guests. - A sofa bed (130cm) in the upstairs lobby. This space is open to the stairs.
