Welcome to my apartment in Pré-Saint-Gervais with a beautiful panorama of Paris! The building is located in a large condominium with a courtyard and a wooded garden, and even a sandbox for children. Paris is within walking distance, Hoche station on line 5 is 8 minutes' walk away. It is also a pleasure to discover the quiet and picturesque streets of Pré-Saint-Gervais, the charm of its cafés and small shops that will make you forget the frenzy of Parisian life. The space The apartment consists of a large living room with a well-equipped modern kitchen area and a sitting area with a large comfortable corner sofa, convertible into a double bed (180x200). The second room is a bedroom with a desk and a very comfortable double bed. The simple bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower and sink. Sheets and towels will be provided. Guest access 3rd floor with elevator. Guests will not have access to one of the two bedrooms, which will remain closed.
