Entire house with fireplace, garden and peace

Casa Magnolia is a restored old farmhouse, preserving its rustic and modernist essence with modern amenities. It offers six air-conditioned double rooms (one with a private bathroom. Extra beds are available), four shared bathrooms, spacious common areas, a pool, and peaceful retreats. We can accommodate up to 20 people in the summer and up to 15 in the winter. Perfect for families, companies, or groups of friends looking for a peaceful setting surrounded by nature. The space The house has two floors: - On the ground floor there is a lounge with a pool table and a fireplace, a bathroom, a covered interior patio, and a fully equipped kitchen. - The second floor has 7 bedrooms, of which 6 are rented and the other room is ours, since we live in the house. It also has 4 bathrooms: one private one and the other 3 shared (every two rooms has a bathroom) There is also a loft in another part of the house where 4 people can stay, although the bathroom is somewhat isolated. Outside there is a terrace with a century-old (and protected) magnolia tree, an irrigation pond that waters the orange and tangerine fields (where swimming is not allowed), plenty of outdoor space to walk or sit down to have a coffee or read a book. There is also a private pool in the middle of the orange trees. Guest access The outdoor areas of Casa Magnolia are shared spaces where you can enjoy the outdoors, relax and connect with nature. 🌳 The kitchen is fully equipped 🍽️ and available for you to prepare your meals in total comfort. In addition, the bathrooms are at your disposal and are shared, always kept clean and well maintained. 🛁 The billiards room 🎱 is another ideal place to spend a fun and relaxed time in good company. The second living room is right next door and has an 85-inch TV and a table to eat. In addition to these areas, we have large gardens 🌸, a terrace under the century-old magnolia tree 🌳, and a private pool to enjoy on warm days 🌞. These common spaces are designed to make you feel at home, enjoying a comfortable and relaxing stay in a unique environment. Other things to note 🌿 **Other important details** Casa Magnolia is surrounded by a beautiful landscape of orange trees and mountains, giving you an authentic experience in the middle of nature.
