Cabin in Au Sable Forks

Latitude 44.5 is located in the Adirondack High Peaks region, near Whiteface Mountain. It is very private, located at the end of a 1.3 mile driveway. Enjoy picturesque views, private dock, lakeside picnic area and sauna. Three bedrooms and enclosed porch. Perfect for two couples or small family. The space It has a living-dining-kitchen great room, three bedrooms, bath, enclosed porch, and deck. WiFi is available in the camp. There is no cell phone service nor a landline. Guest access You are renting the entire house (we call it a camp). Price is for three people. It is 10.00 a night in for each additional person. We do allow one pet. Pet cleaning fee is 100.00. You must include that you have a pet in your reservation details. This is on the same page you indicate the number of guests. There is also a wood fired Sauna next to the lake that is available. Other things to note The camp is rented by the week from 3:00 p.m. Saturday to 10:00 a.m. Saturday during July, August, September and Holiday weeks. Winter renters must have 4 or all-wheel drive vehicles. A pet is allowed with additional cleaning fee of 100.00 per pet. A canoe comes with the rental. Our price does include a 3% Clinton County Occupancy Tax.
