Cozy Apartment – Residence with Park & Pool

Relax in this quiet and elegant property with a swimming pool, 25 minutes from La Rochelle. Enjoy a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) for comfortable nights. Located in a secure residence with a swimming pool, landscaped park, and a private balcony, this accommodation is perfect for a stopover, a stay as a couple, a business trip, or for spending your vacation. Fully equipped kitchen, swimming pool in summer, green spaces, large-screen (55") smart TV: everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The space The accommodation is located on the first and top floor of a quiet residence with a swimming pool. The pool is open from June 1st to September 30th from 10 am to 9 pm. A designated parking space inside the residence is available. There is also a locked bike room within the residence. Essentials are provided for a stay without lacking anything (dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, oils, etc.) The coffee machine is a Nespresso Vertuo. (The capsule format is different from the classic Nespresso!). An assortment of capsules will be provided (2 per night per person) A fee of €5 is included in the cleaning fee for the provision of linens and towels. If you prefer to bring your own, this amount can be refunded to you. Just let me know before you check in.
