The space Bedroom boasts luxurious king bed with view. Living area is all connected and the bathroom renovated. Charming sloped floors in places. ;) Beautiful grassy yard is open to you during your stay, as is the dock and lawn chairs. Nearby walking/biking trail. 10 mins to downtown Edmonds, 5 mins to I-5, 20 mins to Seattle, 2 miles from Mountlake Terrace light rail station (which can take you right down into downtown Seattle). Guest access You'll have full use of the boathouse - it's all yours when you're here. Feel free to enjoy the lawn and dock too. Other things to note There are two sets of stairs from parking area. This rental is a part of our home property, so you may hear kid noise from main house and yard. We occasionally use the dock and lower yard when guests are present. We always love to know what’s bringing you to town so we can assist if needed.
