It is located 500 meters from the Center for Medicine and Molecular (Cemener), in Barrio El Triangular (Oro Verde) and two kilometers from the UNER College of Engineering and Agropecuary Sciences, as well as ATMs and supermarkets. It is 50 meters from Route 11 and access to buses that connect to Paraná and the rest of the village. Ideal for work or rest stays. The space People alone or with children and/or couples. Ideal for business trips, studies, or weekend breaks. Guest access We just installed a cold air conditioner to make stays on hot days more enjoyable. We are also fixing a very large green patio and preparing a space where you can grill outdoors, to enjoy the summer evenings. Other things to note As a courtesy, I provide guests with a small, basic breakfast (coffee pods, milk, a selection of teas and matecoido, and cookies) for the first few days of their stay. There are also a couple of places I recommend for eating, such as: La Casa de Almada, on Camino de la Cuchilla, across from Cemener, or Jardines del Triangular - patio cervecero - on Avenida Los Cisnes 2660. Both places are about 5 and 7 blocks from the accommodation. There are also neighborhood grocery stores near the studio for basic daily supplies.
