This quintessential A-Frame log style cabin offers all the creature comforts one would want, while being nestled in the picturesque mountains, with the sound of St. Mary's River off in the distance. Our cabin is located only 10 minutes South of Kimberley Town Center or 20 minutes North of the Cranbrook International Airport. Nestled between the Rocky and Purcell Mountain Ranges, in the St. Mary's River Valley, this cabin is the ultimate 4-season mountain getaway. The space The Cabin Boasts 1624 Square Feet over 3 levels that you get to have all to yourself. The Walk-Out Basement level has a Boot Room, Full Bathroom, a Bedroom with a Queen size bed and closet, a small desk in the main entertaining area off to the side for your working needs. On this level you will also find the Theatre Room with a wall mounted fireplace, large screen TV and a sectional couch for everyone to cozy up and enjoy. The middle level you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a family area, an eating area with a kitchen table that comfortably fits 6, as well as an island with stools. There is access to the large deck off of the open concept kitchen area where you can have your morning coffee, take in breath taking views and a full BBQ to cook up your dinners. The seating area also has a gorgeous wood burning fireplace. You will also find another bedroom with a King Size Bed, as well as another full bathroom with washer & dryer. Make your way upstairs to the loft, where you will find 2 double beds, as well as a half bathroom. The views of the cabin from up here are gorgeous, and so fun for kids. Guest access Please enter through the main entrance off of the cement patio on the walk-out basement level. The entire Cabin is yours to enjoy :) Other things to note ***Important*** Kimberley has a bylaw that only allows owners a maximum occupancy of 8 adults at one time. Any occupants beyond the 8 adult limit must be children. There are fines for breaking this bylaw and the owners will not be responsible for any that are incurred due to inaccurate head counts at the time of bookings. Thank you for your cooperation :)*** Please be very careful when entering/exiting the property in the winter months and during spring melt. Despite our best efforts to keep the entrance and driveway clear of ice, the constant melt ad freeze has made this very difficult to manage ***Minimum 3 night stay on long weekends and high season weekends, otherwise minimum 2 night stay please*** ***$150 Cleaning Fee will be applied at the time of booking*** ***$300 Refundable Damage Deposit Registration Details Municipal registration number: STRU 2024-043 Provincial registration number: H677743057
