A private guest suite attached to our own home, with a spacious living room, secluded bedroom with a bathroom, and a refurbished kitchen. The space To describe our AirBnb, it is a guestsuite connected to our house that has its own bedroom + bath, living room, full kitchen, and also a small outside seating area. The guest(s) will have full access to the space and amenities and will not be disturbed by us. The entrance and pathway to the space is private and also includes a parking area directly in front of the entrance. This is NOT a shared space and the guests will not have to interact with host. There is a private walkway entrance to the Airbnb and guests will have a private entrance upon arrival. The property is separated by a sealed off door from the main house. Guest access Property includes the Bedroom, Bathroom, Living Room, Kitchenette, and the outside patio/seating area next to the front of the entrance for guests to use during their stay and not be disturbed. Other things to note The Airbnb guestsuite is connected to our house but it is sealed off from our own living area. This Airbnb is NOT a shared space and guests have full access and privacy to the rooms, amenities, space listed. There is also a private entrance that guests use to make their way to the Airbnb entrance. We do not charge any cleaning fees and we have adjusted pricing to accommodate for those lack of fees and similar listing prices. Please do not ask for discounts. We hope that our guests will keep the place tidy and reimburse for any damage that may be caused to the property.
