House overlooking the park

Bright and warm house, 1.5 km from Svendborg city center, with lots of green space and a good view. There are two floors and all three bedrooms are on the 1st floor. The bathroom is on the ground floor. There is a south-facing terrace and direct access to a public park with playground. It takes 7 minutes to walk to the water where there is a swimming bridge and changing facilities. 5 minutes walk to a small forest. Bus stop 100 m. The basement is rented out permanently with its own entrance, i.e. the washing machine and dryer are shared. The space Bed linen and towels are included. There is tea and coffee, spices, shampoo, dishwasher tablets, etc. 😊 There is a driveway for private parking. The main bedroom has a 180 cm bed, office space and views of the park. The two small bedrooms have windows facing the road. In one room there is a 140 cm bed. In the smallest room, there is a 120 cm bed and a TV where you can watch Netflix/HBO. Guest access Ground floor, first floor and laundry room in the basement. Other things to note The house is not suitable for cat allergy sufferers, as a cat lives in the house on a daily basis. It temporarily moves over to Grandma when guests arrive! There are a number of stairs: exterior stairs both up to the front door and down to the terrace and again down to the garden. There is a separate basement apartment where my daughter and her boyfriend live, but the house can be completely locked off. They are sweet, calm and helpful 😊
