The space Every inch of this entire house has been meticulously and thoughtfully decorated to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The family room boasts a spacious and exceptionally comfortable sectional sofa, perfect for relaxation. Additionally, there's a dedicated reading nook for those seeking a quiet retreat. For dining, the property offers an 8-seater dining table, as well as bar stools for casual meals. The kitchen is fully equipped, ensuring you have everything you need for cooking and dining convenience. There's also a convenient powder room on the ground floor for added comfort and accessibility. Moving to the second floor, you'll discover four bedrooms. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, and a 55-inch TV for your entertainment. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house Other things to note Please go over our house rules before booking. We are not responsible for any disruption caused by hydro, gas, water etc due to regular planned or unplanned shut down. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Please park on the driveway to avoid a parking ticket. Please note that we do not provide items such as safety gates, or childproofing equipment. We recommend guests bring any necessary items for their family's safety and comfort. We have arranged lawn mowing. Due to rain the lawn mowing company's schedule is not predictable. Please don't be alarmed if you see someone with a lawnmower. Snow removal: Snow removal is provided for accumulations over 5 cm, with the service expected to arrive within 24 hours. A shovel is available for guest use; if it is missing, please contact us. Please note that salting is not included, and we are not responsible for slips or falls if the snow removal service is delayed. Snow removal is not arranged for bookings more than 28 days. From November to April, the backyard is not maintained due to winter conditions. Cameras are installed at the property entrances, however we are not responsible if they are not operational or not in place for any reason.
