Cottage "Les Grands Champs du Rué"

Ideally located in the Parc de la Chartreuse and 4 km from Lake Aiguebelette, a real little corner of paradise nestled in a green setting surrounded by a stream, meadows and forests. You can stay with your family in a warmly decorated old sheepfold, equipped for 9 people (max) with 3 large master suites all equipped with a toilet and a private bathroom. You can stroll in peace away from the noise and the crowds. The space House (old sheepfold renovated all in wood and stones) on 2 levels of 170m2. Vast entrance hall serving a living room of 39m2 with large table (10 people), living room, covered terrace access and large kitchen. On the ground floor, a 24m2 master suite with shower room, wc, a queen size bed. Upstairs: 1 master suite of 21m2 with mezzanine, bathroom (8m2) and separate toilet, 1 queen size bed, 1 bed 90cm and 1 bed 90cm in the mezzanine. A second master suite 17m2 with bathroom (6m2), separate toilet, 1 queen size bed and 1 bed 80cm. For babies: Folding cot available that can be put in any room + A high chair. Outside: on 3800m2 of land bordered by a creek and forests at the end of a cul de sac street, you will find 1 barbecue, garden furniture, relax in order to enjoy the calm of the place. Extensive space to park cars. We live a short walk from the cottage and are at your disposal at any time if there is anything else you need. With 20 years of experience of guest rooms in Attignat-Oncin (Les Grands Champs), we will be able to advise you on all local activities (beaches for swimming, hiking, restaurants, markets, activities, etc.). We are 5 minutes from Lake Aiguebelette (by car), 2 minutes from the start of the Grenan Gorge canyoning, 20 minutes from Chambéry. Guest access You will have the entire place to yourself. To access it, you must type: 109 chemin du Rué in Attignat-Oncin and call me about 30 minutes before your arrival so that I can come and welcome you on site. I live 2 minutes from the "Les Grands Champs" bed and breakfast cottage, and I will be available at any time during your stay. Other things to note Please note that this is not a hotel or a bed and breakfast, but a place to stay where you will have to bring your soap, shampoo, toilet paper. Sheets and bathroom linen are included. The beds are made upon arrival. The house will need to be made clean and tidy. Cleaning supplies are available to you. A deposit of €150 (check or cash) will be required upon arrival and kept in case the cleaning has not been properly carried out upon your departure.
