"Les Grands Champs" in Rué, Attignat-Oncin

Ideally located in the Parc de la Chartreuse and 4 km from Lake Aiguebelette, a true little slice of paradise nestled in a green setting surrounded by a stream, meadows and forests. You can stay with your family in a warmly decorated former sheepfold, equipped for 9 people (max), with 3 large master suites, each equipped with a private toilet and a private bathroom/shower room. You can stay in peace, away from the noise and the crowds. Quiet guaranteed! The space House (old renovated sheepfold, all wood and stone) on 2 floors, 170 m2. Vast entrance hall serving a living room of 39m2 with large table (10 people), living room, covered terrace access and large kitchen. On the ground floor, a 24m2 master suite with shower room, wc, a queen size bed. Upstairs: 1 master suite of 21m2 with mezzanine, bathroom (8m2) and separate toilet, 1 queen size bed, 1 bed 90cm and 1 bed 90cm in the mezzanine. A second master suite 17m2 with bathroom (6m2), separate toilet, 1 queen size bed and 1 bed 80cm. All bedrooms have a fan. For infants: Umbrella bed available that can be put in any room + A high chair. Outside: On 3800 m2 of land bordered by a stream and forests at the end of a cul-de-sac street, you will find 1 barbecue, garden furniture, and a lounger to enjoy the calm of the place in the coolness of the stream that borders the property. Extensive space to park cars. We live a short walk from the cottage and are at your disposal at any time if there is anything else you need. With 20 years of experience of bed and breakfasts in Attignat-Oncin (Les Grands Champs), we will advise you for all local activities (beaches for swimming, hikes, restaurants, markets, activities,etc...). We are 5 minutes from the Aiguebelette lake (by car), 2 minutes from the departure of the Gorges du Grenan canyoning, 20 minutes from Chambéry. Guest access You will have the entire place to yourselves. To get there, enter the following into your GPS: 109 chemin du Rué in Attignat-Oncin, and call me about 30 minutes before your arrival so I can come and welcome you on-site. I live 2 minutes away at the "Les Grands Champs" guest house and will be available at any time during your stay. Other things to note Linens and bathroom linens are included. The beds are made upon arrival. Your hygiene products (shower gel, etc.) are not included. The house will need to be made clean and tidy. Cleaning supplies are available to you. A security deposit of €150 (check or cash) will be required upon arrival and will be retained in the event that cleaning has not been properly carried out upon your departure and additional cleaning is required before the next rental.
