Other amenities include heated floors (kitchen/bath), private exterior deck with mountain views & brand new high efficiency washer/dryer. This suite is best suited for a single person, couple looking or 2 individuals looking for a very convenient Village location without all the noise of ‘downtown’. Bed is a queen and just added a single person pullout sofa (not shown in pics yet). FREE PARKING in underground in designated reserved space (max vehicle height: 6’8”). Large bike storage rooms also located in underground. Stoney Creek Lagoons is a quiet low-rise complex This second floor unit is accessed via private front door that opens on to the staircase up to the main level. Professionally cleaned and managed. Guest access Guests will have full access to entire townhome via custom coded door. Use of free dedicated parking space in the underground where the bike storage rooms are also located. Strongly recommend you have your own bike locks, etc. There is absolutely no storage of bikes in the unit. UNDERGROUND PARKING: accommodates only standard height/size vehicles (max height 6’8”). There is no over-height parking available at Stoney Creek Lagoons. Large trucks or SUV’s will be a tight fit in the designated parking space. Must park in designated space for this unit otherwise subject to towing at owner’s expense. Other things to note This is a legally zoned licensed ‘phase 1’ nightly rental.
