This self-catering accommodation is within a converted barn that has been beautifully restored, situated on the owner’s working arable farm, surrounded by stunning views and farmland. The Linhay is a collection of self-catering accommodation at Holmewood Estate, and The Hollow over 2 floors provides a characterful open plan kitchen/living space, king-size bedroom with ensuite, an additional sofa bed for an additional charge for up to 2 people, and parking for two cars. The space The Hollow has: - A fully equipped kitchen, - Open plan kitchen/living/dining area on the ground floor, - Dining chairs for 4 people, - Sofa in the living space area on the ground floor can be made into a sofa bed for an additional charge for 2 extra people. Please see listing notes section. - King-size bedroom with ensuite situated on the first floor via stair access. - Ensuite upstairs with walk-in shower, roll top bath, vanity unit and toilet. Guest access Guests of The Hollow have exclusive access to the whole of The Hollow property. Parking for two cars at the front of the property and an additional outside 25-acre field just opposite the property called Stoney Lands is shared with other guests. Please note as the property is situated on a working arable farm, with farm vehicles and machinery in use, access is restricted to what is mentioned above for the safety of guests with no free access across the rest of the farm. If children are with your group, please do not let them wander unattended around the farm at any time. Other things to note For guest numbers of more than 2, a sofa bed in the property is available for an additional fee of £25 per reservation to cover cleaning and linen costs. Please also note that as the property is located conveniently close to the A1, depending on the wind direction, traffic noise may be heard when outside of the property.
