We are located in the small village of Maristella, 9 km from Alghero, 12 km from the airport and close to the most beautiful beaches in the area: 3 km from Mugoni, 4 km from Lazzaretto and Le Bombarde, 10 km from Tramariglio and Capocaccia, 12 km from Porto Ferro and 8 km from Porticciolo. Near the house is a beach that can be reached in a 5-minute walk. The space The house has a private entrance with stairs leading to the living area consisting of a large and bright living room with smart TV and a living room from which you can access the private courtyard with barbecue where you can cook and relax immersed in the tranquility and greenery of Porto Conte Park. On the same floor, there is an equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher and microwave, and a half bathroom. On the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms, each with a private terrace, one overlooking the park and the other with a view of the sea, and the second bathroom with a large shower, double sink and bidet.
