It features an open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining area, along with a separate bathroom. Guests can enjoy free parking and a garden. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with a hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, cooking utensils, plates, cups, wine glasses, and cutlery. Relax in the lounge area, furnished with a comfortable sofa, smart TV (including Netflix), and high-speed Wi-Fi. A dining table and chairs are also provided for your convenience. At our property, we prioritize cleanliness by following Airbnb's 5-step cleaning process. We meticulously sanitize high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs with disinfectant to ensure they are germ-free and spotless. Our thorough cleaning routine is supported by detailed checklists for each room. Additionally, we offer extra cleaning supplies for your convenience to help you maintain a clean environment throughout your stay. Guest access The whole apartment is for your use during your stay with us including access to the private garden. Free coffee, tea, water, soft drinks and hot chocolate Other things to note Please note the following: Please be aware that the central heating and hot water are on a schedule. The control is located near the living room entrance. Please do not adjust the scheduled settings, but you can boost the heating if required. The sofa is not a bed and shouldn't be used as one. There's a double bed mattress in the storage room, just off the living room. Smoking Our property is a non-smoking apartment. A surcharge of £150 will be made if evidence of smoking is discovered in our accommodation. No Parties are allowed. Only guests booked in are allowed to spend the nights at the apartments.
